Data controller
The controller of personal data is Nuno Teixeira, who runs the Handoff project. The contact for any privacy matter is info@handoffgroup.com.
What data we process
This site has no forms, does not ask you to register and does not use cookies or analytics tools. We only process personal data when you contact us on your own initiative, by WhatsApp, telephone or email: your name, the contact details you used, the name of your company if you give it, and the content of your message.
The cost calculator runs in your browser. The values you enter do not reach our servers. They are only sent if you choose "Send these values" and send the message on WhatsApp.
The site's hosting service records technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, the date and the page requested.

Who we share data with
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site. It is based in the United States and the data transfer relies on the mechanisms of Chapter V of the GDPR.
- Google, through Gmail, where we receive and store the email sent to info@handoffgroup.com.
- Meta, through WhatsApp, when you contact us that way. WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy apply.
We do not sell personal data. We only disclose it to authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to info@handoffgroup.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at www.cnpd.pt.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies or tracking technologies, so it shows no cookie notice. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using them.
Changes
We update this policy when the way we process data changes. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.
