Handoff is a Portuguese consultancy for automation and artificial intelligence integration, serving SMEs and entrepreneurs. It measures how much time repetitive tasks consume and builds the automations and AI assistants that pay off.
It means having a system carry out repetitive tasks that follow clear rules, without manual intervention. It connects the tools the company already uses, such as email, spreadsheets and WhatsApp, so that data and tasks pass from one to another on their own.
Repetitive tasks with clear rules, such as copying data between spreadsheets, organising email, scheduling meetings or processing voice messages received on WhatsApp. Not all of them pay off, and the diagnosis identifies which ones do.

ChatGPT answers one question at a time. It does not connect email to a spreadsheet, and it does not run by itself every Friday at 6:30 pm. Handoff connects the pieces and teaches the team to use them. If the company's task can be solved with ChatGPT alone, we say so at the start.
Automations are built in n8n, a platform that connects applications such as email, spreadsheets and WhatsApp. The AI assistants use language models from several providers, free and on paid plans, and we recommend what suits each case.
